3.1 Course Registration and Access

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

We reserve the right to disable any account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Payments and Refunds
4.1 Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the processor's terms of service.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
4.3 Refunds
Our refund policy is as follows:
- For individual courses: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
- For coaching and consulting services: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refunds will be issued after the specified periods or if the course has been substantially completed.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
All content on our website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video material, and software, is the property of Speak With Impact or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
- Modify or create derivative works based on our content

10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
