4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payments

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and agree to the processor's terms of service.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4.3 Refunds

Our refund policy is as follows:

• For individual courses: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content.
• For coaching and consulting services: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
• No refunds will be issued after the specified periods or if the course has been substantially completed.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content
